Last night I saw you flying
along a silvery moon beam
as I was busy tying
the loose ends of a dream
You appeared so completely free
portraying not a single care
I watched you soar above the tallest trees
wind blowing through your golden hair
The hands of time stood still
but yours spread gently with grace
While gliding down valleys and over hills
a radiant smile just covered your face
I felt a longing inside my chest
which pulled and tugged with all its might
It seemed a persistent unspoken request
to join you in your night’s delight
I couldn’t push the desire away
when all lately, cut deeper than a knife
so I accepted without the slightest delay
and flew into this dream of a conscious subconscious life
