Stop yanking at it
Let it stay where it is
It doesn’t come out
It was meant to stay inside
But it’s okay to touch it

I am thinking Heartspell! Great lines- the image suits the words in perfect tandem!!
Let me think- muscles.. haha 😀
Nice fun work here.. xoxox
Thank you, Olivia… am happy it could bring a laugh to your lips. xoxox
Well very intriguing and this one could be taken anywhere.. its good that you have not revealed the context… let the readers enjoy their own imagination…
Liked it.

Thank you, Shashi… yes, let those imaginations run wild.
WOW!!!!! Literally and figuratively — Interpreted either way, this poem is simply WOW, Heartspell…
You sure touched my heart with this one shot, my dear..
Hugs to you!!!
Kavita, I think you get me…. thanks for that, my friend. 🙂 🙂 🙂
you know, considering the title, id say matters of the heart…either way a very nice verse, i know i would not want mine yanked…
Be still my heart…. yes, Brian… yanking does not work and only causes deep cuts and cracks.
This cracked me up. I especially like that the “Possibly related posts” listed “tornado watch day”, which added a whole new layer of ridiculousness. Very cute.
Thank you… I’m not sure how that swirled into the mix… but I guess even the “post relater” feature has its own take on the meaning of our works.
Would love to know if there is a context for this one. Indeed, thought-provoking lines. Very effective approach to a short poem.
The context is simply a heart which doesn’t hurt, but longs for love in the sweetest sense.
Smile-causing, fun work. It’ll clearly separate the dirty-minded from the less dirty-minded!
Oh, I hadn’t considered that it may be read that way. UH-oh. I guess you could be right.
What an interesting image and verse.
I hope you know I was speaking of and from the heart.
That could apply to so many things, like my BIPAP machine to make heart work better. Nice Cardio.
Thank you and thank you for visiting my blog.
